There is a game I play almost daily called Elevate. I said ‘almost daily’ because as much as I want to play it daily, I keep forgetting most times which unfortunately causes me to lose my streak. Elevate is a game that tests one's intellect and builds vocabulary. Anytime I play this game, I get scared of obtaining an high score. I feel worried about going higher. Yes! I want to beat my previous score but I'm also afraid that if I do so, I would not be able to beat the new one I was setting. I feel like “oh, is this score not too high?”. My mind says, “do you think you can beat this score the next time you play?” And then the next time I play the game, I'm thinking, “I won't get a high score, my previous score was so high. I don't think I can beat that”.

Only for me to end my next game and see that I earned a high score. I'm always surprised, like how? I was here thinking I could not do it. Well, yeah there are times when I don't beat my previous score but on days when I don't expect at all, that's when I break my own record.

This experience has taught me something I want to share with anyone out there thinking,

“Oh, can I do it?”

“Is this good enough?”

“Am I going too high?”

Yes you can do it. No you're not going too high. You think you can't get to that spot because it's too high but trust me you can! Keep flying high. You Can! Have it at the back of your mind every time that you want to beat your previous record. Do not settle for less. If you did it before you can definitely do it better. You can go higher. There's no stopping point for you. Just keep flying, you hear me, keep going. Don't stop! Believe! Cause you

can! 💪
