I decided to board a tricycle after closing hour at my work place. While waiting for the tricycle to be filled up with passengers, I saw some Nigerian hustler's especially the youth were also boarding the tricycle.

There are some of us who have extra jobs to do after 5;00pm, while some have to go back home to be with their family.

It got me thinking!!!

If you ask some the youths "How are you doing" majority of us will give a chorus reply which is:

"I am fine".

But then, are you really honest with your reply?

Are you really fine?

If we take out time to get an honest reply from our youths , you will be shocked.

Some will tell you about their fears.

Some will tell you how they are overwhelmed.

some will tell you how they are been underpaid at work.

some will tell you how they are been undervalued at work.

Some will tell you that they are at the crossroad.

Some will tell you how they want to live up to their family expectations.

Some will tell you their silent battles and mid night cry.

I know how you feel and I know you need a shoulder to lean on.

We all want to bottle up everything and act like all is going well.

Phew!!!

To every hustlers out there, I know you may not hear this every time but all I want to say is that you are doing your best no matter the little effort you put in..

Pat yourself and say I am proud of myself.

P.S. Keep Hustling.................
