 When someone says “MIND YOUR BUSINESS“, it means do not interfere in matters that do not concern you. Now let me explain that, from a deeper  perspective.

     It implies focusing on yourself and nothing else. Endless scrolling on social media to keep up with gossip trends, celebrity lifestyles, influencers’ stories, and a bunch of pointless tweets is a distraction. Use that time to mind your own business by centering your life. 

     Everything should be about you: from the tip of your head to the end of your toe, including your body, mind, and soul. Consider your thoughts, what resonates with them, your likes and dislikes, pet peeves and pet delights, icks and appeals, what inspires you, who inspires you, what makes you laugh, and what brings you joy. Reflect on the activities that make you feel most elated, your triggers, fears, pain, insecurities, passions, zeal, wishes, hopes, and dreams. Think about your favorite food, drink, color, fruits, books, and veggies; your dream car, house, and job; your hair routine, skincare, workout plan, and nail inspiration. Consider how you walk, talk, and sit, your confidence, self-love, and self-esteem. Reflect on your academics, school handouts, and novels, your family, friends, and pets, your sources of income, savings, stocks, and investments, as well as your spiritual life and how you navigate through life."

    Many ladies might not have a dream car, house or job,  but can name all the housemates from Big Brother's Show, they often focus on others lives, via social media or offline, while neglecting their own, You can only love yourself enough to mind your business, you can't claim to  love thyself but fail to recognise your insecurities or passion , the moment YOU FOCUS ON YOU THEN THE  FOCUS BECOMES YOU. The universe assists you in achieving your needs and fulfilling your aspirations.

     No one can make you feel inferior without your consent, and you can only feel inferior if you can't identify your triggers. Is it self-hate, fears, traumas, verbal aggression, or a lack of self-confidence? Figure out those negative emotions that make you feel dreadful, lacking in confidence, and inferior. Detect their source, then proceed to work on those issues to build your self-esteem and resilience. 

      What's your body type, face shape, and skin tone? These fun questions help you learn more about yourself and discover how unique you are. Start concentrating on who you are, and watch how powerful you'll become as you embrace your individuality. Recognizing and valuing these aspects of yourself can lead to greater self-awareness and confidence.

    When focusing on our own well-being, we naturally become more aware of our physique. It is crucial to avoid self-sabotage and comparisons with others. Instead, strive to maintain a positive mindset and speak kindly to yourself. This approach will help you improve your life and overall sense of fulfillment.
