I will never forget this day. It was the year 2022, and I was leaving Lagos to Delta state using a bus terminal.

I then thought up a crazy joke and said, “I like you too but, I am not spiritually okay.”

I laughed when I typed this, as I thought that it would make him a little nervous.

But he replied almost immediately, “how do you mean?”

I then told him that all the men I have ever slept with, had died within 7 days.

Okay. You people should talk true, the men here especially.

If a lady you just met is telling you these things, small fear will not catch you?

Because fear did not catch this guy.

Maybe this Owerri man was different, because I kid you not, he asked for my address in Delta so that he can come and help me.

I asked, because me sef wanted to know, “help how?”
