Lately, I've been mulling over this idea of being "shameless." There's that saying, "You can't shame the shameless." It reminds me of this quality, a bit like being bold, that some have, like "atarodo" – hot, spicy and unapologetic.
I recently had an experience when a service i paid for wasn't delivered as promised. I was upset as expected, and wanted to speak up and demand what i'd paid for, but at the same time, I didn't want to create a scene with someone i'd just met. I ended up sulking.
It got me thinking about all those times I've held back or avoided situations just to dodge embarrassment or confrontation. I mean, who enjoys feeling ashamed?
I'm starting to see that being a bit "shameless" has its perks. It's like embracing your beliefs with confidence, admitting when you make mistakes without hesitation, taking responsibility for your actions, and shrugging off what others say.
